We currently deliver to all major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are:

- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Other Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Standard shipping charges apply at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide in serviceable areas.

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the provided address and phone number for smooth delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts or refuses to accept the parcel, future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy:

Currently, Zarineh does not offer refunds or returns for: 
• Change of mind 
• Slight color variation 
• Personal preference after purchase 

Returns will only be entertained if:

• A damaged item was delivered 
• Wrong article was dispatched 
• Product has a verified manufacturing fault 
Approved return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchanges

• Product must remain unused, unstitched, and unwashed 
• Original invoice and packaging must be available 
• Exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

Exchange Shipping Charges: 

For exchanges requested due to personal preference, size concerns, or any reason other than damaged/incorrect products, customers will be responsible for additional delivery and return shipping charges. Zarineh reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the item shows signs of usage, perfume, washing, or alteration.
