Returns

Currently, Zarineh does not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Slight colour variation
• Personal preference after purchase

Returns will only be entertained if:

• A damaged item was delivered
• The wrong article was dispatched
• The product has a verified manufacturing fault

Approved return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no worries — you can exchange any product (excluding sale items) from your previous order, provided the conditions below are met:

• Product must remain unused, unstitched, and unwashed
• Original invoice, tags, and packaging must be intact and available
• Exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

To start an exchange, simply call us at 0329-3222330 or email Zarineh.pk@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of your order.

We mean what we say — but we can't bear a loss either. Exchanges will only be accepted if products are returned in a saleable condition: tags intact, original packaging, and in an unwashed, undamaged state. Zarineh reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item shows signs of usage, perfume, washing, or alteration.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchanges requested due to personal preference, size concerns, or any reason other than a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery, return shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges.

However, if the exchange is required due to an error, defect, or issue on our part, Zarineh will cover all related exchange and delivery costs.

Colour Disclaimer

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and individual screen settings. While we strive to display colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur depending on your device display, monitor settings, and lighting conditions. Slight colour variation is not considered a defect.
